Spacious and Comfortable

I stayed in a studio room that was enormous, easily over 40 sqm. The layout was perfect for my family, especially with the kitchen area. It made our stay comfortable, especially with the kids needing space to play. The view from the 16th floor was a pleasant surprise, giving us a scenic outlook over the city. Highly recommend this setup for families!

Good Breakfast Selections

The breakfast offered at the hotel had a great variety of choices. I particularly appreciated the fact that there were several options available, which made dining more enjoyable. Although some food could have been fresher, overall it was a fantastic start to our day. I was able to find something for everyone in my family!

Basic but Functional

The bathroom was adequately clean and provided a good shower experience with hot water available for my morning routines. However, I did notice some stains in the bathtub that could use some attention for a fresher look. Despite this, the space was functional and served its purpose well during our stay.

Decent TV Setup

While the TV channels were somewhat limited, I enjoyed the comfort of the room while catching up on my favorite shows. It wasn't the main reason for my stay, but it provided some needed entertainment during our downtime. I appreciate having the option to unwind after a day of exploring!

My stay was a mixed bag. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and the checkpoint, making it easy to explore. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty carpets and unwashed cups in the room. The staff was friendly, but some services were lacking. I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the rooms are spacious, they are in dire need of renovation, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The service was lackluster, especially from the reception staff, but there was a decent air conditioning system that worked well. Overall, I didn't feel like it was good value for money considering the condition of the facilities.
